I try new recipes all the time. You can join me and try out some of my delicious and nutritious creations!

The vast majority of my recipes respect the Paleo principles – no grains or pseudo-grains, dairy, legumes, industrial oils or refined sugar. Some recipes follow the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) rules, which means they are egg-, nut- or cacao-free.
