I’m Emma, the voice behind this blog. My main focus is managing endometriosis through diet and lifestyle changes, and more broadly, women’s health, autoimmunity, nutritional protocols and loads of other topics that I’m passionate about. (I was diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis first via an MRI in November 2016, which was later confirmed through a surgical laparoscopy in March 2017.)

I struggled with various health issues for many years, and invested the last two years of my life in hacking my own health. I dug deep into studying nutrition, real food, Paleo, autoimmunity, keto, low carb high fat… you name it. And I’m happy to share this healing journey with you.

As you may have noticed, this blog has a Czech part. I am Czech and currently work as an interpreter for the EU institutions. Thanks to my knowledge of English, Spanish and French, I have access to a huge amount of information, which I wanted to share with my Czech readers.


Throughout the process, however, I’ve realized that there is still little information on managing endometriosis through nutrition and lifestyle in general. And that’s why I’ve been drawn to provide more content in English, too.

I hope you find the blog informative and useful. I’m also hoping I’ll provide a good deal of motivation and inspiration to you! At the end of the day, we all go through our own unique healing journey. I can help you build knowledge and share my tips and tricks, but in the end, it’s you who needs to implement them and find what works best for you.

Please note that my blog also contains a handful of recipes but I have to admit that there are many more and much better resources out there. I will be happy to point you out to good-quality cookbooks and pages.
